Once we received your order, we will reply within 2 working day to confirm your purchase details and advise you on the shipping fee / collection details / product availability as well as your payment options.

What We Do Not Ship
Please kindly note that we do not send aquatic plants, livestock to oversea customers. Shipping of aquarium pet food product is also subjected to regulation of individual country and we do not bear responsibilities over any damage caused due to it. |
